Shipping

We strive to have your orders delivered in 7-14 business days.  Some custom items take longer. Typical shipping time frames can be found in the product description on each product. Most items ship via air freight. Some items may ship using sea freight and will take 30-45 business days to deliver. 

FREE shipping on orders over $100

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 to customers within the Harare.  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of Harare. Customers outside Harare will pay a small shipping fee of at least $10.

International Shipping

At the moment, we are not offering international shipping.

***Due to COVID-19, some orders are taking longer than normal to deliver. While we will do our best to provide updates on the locations and timelines of packages, depending on the part of the world (and their impact/response to COVID-19) where our distributors are, there is the potential of extended delays.
